Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through Ledian’s online store. A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction predominantly for purposes outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with Leonard Moritz Lohfink, trading as Ledian, Luise-Riegger-Straße 54, 76137 Karlsruhe, Germany. Email: info@ledian.io.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

Product listings in the online store do not constitute a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You may select products, add them to your cart, and review and correct your details before submitting your order. By clicking the final button that places an order with an obligation to pay, you submit a binding order for the goods in your cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.

4. Contract language and storage of the contract text

The language available for concluding the contract is German. Your order information and these terms and conditions will be provided with the order confirmation by email.

5. Prices and shipping costs

All prices shown in the online store are total prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs may apply; they are shown before you complete your order in checkout. Standard shipping is free from a merchandise value of €45 to the EU countries available for delivery at checkout.

6. Payment methods

The payment methods available to you are shown during checkout. Payment is due when you place your order unless the selected payment method provides otherwise. Payments may be processed by external payment service providers, whose additional terms may apply to individual payment methods.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the EU destinations available for selection at checkout. The estimated delivery time is stated on the product page or in the shipping information. We may use suitable production and shipping providers to produce, package and dispatch products. Orders containing multiple products may be delivered in separate parcels for logistical reasons.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details of the requirements, deadlines, returns and refunds are provided in our separate withdrawal information.

10. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is damaged, misprinted or delivered incorrectly, please contact us promptly at info@ledian.io with clear photos of the defect. This request is not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.

11. Variations in product appearance

Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual product depending on your device and its settings. Minor production-related variations in a print’s placement, size or colour may occur where they are reasonable for the customer and do not constitute a defect. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. We are also liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health and under the mandatory provisions of product liability law. In cases of slight negligence involving a material contractual obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Material obligations are those whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which the parties may normally rely. In other cases, liability for damage caused by slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

13. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident outside Germany, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
