Shipping destinations

We deliver to the EU destinations available for selection at checkout.

Shipping costs

The exact shipping costs are displayed before you complete your order in checkout. Shipping within Germany starts at €4.59; shipping to other available EU destinations starts at €4.99. From a merchandise value of €45, standard shipping to these destinations is free. The shipping cost shown at checkout applies.

Delivery time

Our products are produced for you after we receive your order and then dispatched. The estimated delivery time is generally 3 to 10 business days from the conclusion of the contract.

Orders are not processed or delivered at weekends or on public holidays. Delivery times may be longer during periods of particularly high demand or unexpected delays at our production or shipping providers.

Separate deliveries

If an order contains different products, they may be shipped in separate parcels and arrive at different times. This does not result in additional shipping charges unless otherwise shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking information if tracking is available.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If an order cannot be delivered because the address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete, please contact info@ledian.io.

Damaged or lost shipments

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive despite a shipping confirmation, please contact us promptly at info@ledian.io. For visible damage, include clear photos of the packaging and product.
