Right of withdrawal and returns

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period starts on the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Extra costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal notice, generally using the same payment method as the original transaction. You will not incur additional fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Damaged or faulty goods

If goods arrive damaged, misprinted or otherwise faulty, please contact us at info@ledian.io before returning them and include clear photos of the defect. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
